Designed to fit the broadest category of tennis players and are broken down into 5 Tennis Training Plans: Beginner,¬† Intermediate, Advanced, “Time Challenged” Intermediate,¬† “Time Challenged” Advanced Plans
2. Semi-Custom Plans
Designed to fit a clients specific ability level, age grouping or a combination of¬† both. The Semi- Custom Plans are broken down into the following 13 plans by rating scales:2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 and age categories: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U, 18
* Please note that the allocated hours of training per week are recommended in order to realize true potential. However, clients have the option of choosing an appropriate plan based on personal preference.
