Peak Tennis “Off” Court Training
Each of Peak Tennis Training Plans provide a master plan that details the total number of training hours per week. The total hours are broken down into “On” and “Off” court training hours. The number of “On” court hours typically account for 80-85% of the total time allocated on a weekly basis.
Peak Tennis Training understands the importance of quality “Off” court training and the need for personal preference such as; free weights vs. core strength vs. yoga/palates vs. circuit training OR running vs. biking vs. swimming etc. Peak Tennis Training recommends that “Off” court training be¬† individualized in order to avoid injury while maximizing results.
