Semi Custom Plans

Semi- Custom Plans are Peak tennis Trainings “core” training plans. The Semi Custom plans were designed and developed using the core principles of Peak tennis Training. The Semi Custom plans are designed to closely match a players age grouping or ability levels. The Semi- Custom plans are broken down into the following 13 Tennis Training Plans:

U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18

Semi-Custom Planning Process:

  1. Identify appropriate plan by your ability level and take into account any time constraints.
  2. Select Appropriate Training Plan
  3. Address questions or concerns
  4. Complete contract and profile form
  5. Make payment via PayPal

Semi Custom Training Plan in Action:

  1. Profile and plan review by Peak tennis Training
  2. Confirm appropriate plan and address any questions or concerns
  3. E-mail master training plan covering 24 weeks (6 months)
  4. E-Mail/ mail training related materials and information
  5. Scheduled monthly consultation call at the beginning of each period
  6. E-mail detailed month plan that includes week breakdowns and daily workouts.
  7. Review at the end of the program and determine future plan
